All Demon Makes products are made to order by hand by one woman. We aim that all items are made and posted within two weeks of your order however during busy periods or more custom pieces this may not always be possible. If processing times increase, you will be notified upon ordering.
UK shipping is sent via Royal Mail second class. Shipping costs are a flat rate of £3.50 and all items will be sent signed for.
International orders will be price quoted per individual order at this time.
Damage and Wear
As with all collars and leads, you should inspect your items for wear and damage regularly. Normal wear over time is to be expected and includes, although is not limited to, indentation where the buckle is fastened and slight discolouration of the biothane from the hardware on your collar.
If you experience any issues with your items that is not attributable to normal wear please get in touch. All cases are looked at individually, if you're wondering reach out!
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 calendar days of your order being posted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For any items that are bespoke and a customised order, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or faulty.
Please contact us before returning your item(s). Without prior notice, your return will not be processed.
